Our terms, conditions and the fine print.

Reservation Conditions

  • Charge: Price will be charged to your payment card at the time of the reservation.

  • Balance Due: Any additional charges(such as waiting time, tolls etc.) will be charged at the end of the ride. Your payment card must have sufficient credit available for the Balance Due at this time.

  • Changes and Cancellations: Charges may apply if you need to change or cancel your reservation prior to service. If you cancel your reservation, no refund is due. If you have questions about a change or cancellation, please call (516) 519-3262. All services and cancellations are bound by these Reservation Conditions

  • Substitutions: While we work to ensure that the vehicle and amenities shown are available, we cannot guarantee they will be in service for your limo rental and the limo company may substitute a similar vehicle for your service.

Cancellation Policy

Reservations may be canceled 5 hours prior to arrival at any airports. All other pick ups may be canceled 4 hours prior to pick up without being charged. All cancellations must be done via email for security of both parties. If not, full charge will apply. We keep track of all flights to see whether it's delayed or early. Driver will be dispatched according to traffic and your arrival time. All airport pick ups have a 15 minutes grace period after scheduled arrival, after that waiting time applies, so schedule your airports pick ups accordingly . All other pick ups have a grace period of 15 minutes.

Additional Fees

The price quoted for your ride is based on drop off and pick up location provided at time of search. Please note that additional fees and charges may apply to your ride. If you incur additional fees, your credit card will be charged for the actual ride amount (ride estimate + extras – see below for examples) after the ride is complete. The following is a list of additional fees you may incur.

Tolls

Pricing is based on pick up and drop off locations provided. Please note that tolls are not included in the pricing and you will be billed for any incurred toll charges after the ride is complete.

Approximate tolls:

  • Manhattan to LaGuardia Airport - $8.00
  • Manhattan to JFK Airport - $8.00
    Manhattan to Newark Airport - $17.40 - $20.00

Stops

Any requested stop during the ride will be billed at the stop rate for the ride selected plus other fees listed in your ride quote. A stop is typically calculated based on 15 minutes of wait time. If your stop is longer, or if your stop deviates from the original itinerary, your ride may be converted to hourly pricing.

Wait Time

Wait time will be billed at the rate listed in your ride quote, plus other fees listed in your ride quote. Wait time is incurred after 15 minutes from the scheduled pick up time, and is typically billed in 15-minute increments.

Parking

Parking will be billed at the actual cost to the operator plus other fees listed in your ride quote. Parking fees are typically incurred on airport pickups when an inside pick up is requested; or for any requested stop where free parking is not available.

Extra Hours

Additional hours outside the original quoted ride duration shall be billed at the extra hours rate for the ride selected, plus other fees listed in your ride quote. Extra hours are typically associated with hourly services, and are incurred from the originally scheduled end time. If you do not start your ride on time, but the driver arrives at the scheduled time, and you retain the vehicle for the original number of hours requested, extra hours will be incurred.

Car Seats

Additional charges will apply for each car seat requested plus other fees listed in your ride quote.

Meet &Greet Charges

Meet & Greet inside the terminal is available for the Meet & Greet for the ride selected plus other fees listed in your ride quote. When selecting Meet & Greet, you may be liable for parking charges in addition to the Meet & Greet fee.

Clean Up and Repair Fees

Clean up fees may be charged when activity inside the vehicle leaves a residual odor or stains the carpet/upholstery, including but not limited to smoking, spilled food or drinks, foods with a heavy odor and vomit.

Repair fees may be charges when physical damage is caused to the vehicle including but not limited to rips and tears to the carpet, upholstery, or other soft materials; damage to moldings, door panels or other components.

VIRTUAL CREDIT CARDS

LimoLuxNY does not accept online-only, virtual credit cards or any other type of "single-use" card number security product or one-time use credit card number that may be provided by credit card companies for online use. LimoLuxNY shall not assume responsibility or liability in connection with the use of on-line only, virtual credit cards or any other type of "single-use" card number security product or one-time use credit card number that may be provided by credit card companies for online transactions. LimoLuxNY shall have no obligation to honor transactions made with such cards.

RATES AND BILLING

All rates are subject to audit after order completion. Occasionally changes must be made to correct mathematical errors or to reflect the actual tolls, parking fees, additional stops and waiting time.

AFFILIATE SERVICE POLICY

LimoLuxNY utilizes, at its discretion, affiliates to provide Limousine and Ground Transportation services as requested by our clients.

VEHICLE IMAGES

Vehicle Images presented on the LimoLuxNY Websites may differ from the actual vehicle.

LOST OR DAMAGED ITEMS

LimoLuxNY and its Affiliates are not responsible for lost or damaged items left in the vehicles. We make every effort to locate property that has been left in one of our vehicles. We retain found items for 30 days. If you have left a personal item in one of our vehicles and wish to retrieve it, you can report it by calling our office at (516) 5193262 for our customer service department.

LimoLuxNY reserves the right to charge a delivery fee for returning found items. These fees are based on the full travel rates.

EXCLUSIONS AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

LimoLuxNY and its Affiliates are not responsible for missed flights, abandoned plans or losses incurred due to circumstances that are beyond our control. These circumstances include but are not limited to, causes beyond its reasonable control, acts of God and Nature, acts of terrorism, travel congestion, road closures, accidents, flight and weather delays.

LimoLuxNY’s liability for all causes whatsoever arising shall be limited to your actual damages, in an amount not to exceed the sum of all charges paid by you for the fare.

LimoLuxNY, INC. SHALL HAVE NO LIABILITY WITH RESPECT TO ITS OBLIGATIONS UNDER THIS AGREEMENT OR OTHERWISE FOR CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, SPECIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES EVEN IF IT HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. THIS LIMITATION APPLIES TO ALL CAUSES OF ACTION OR CLAIMS IN THE AGGREGATE, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION BREACH OF CONTRACT, BREACH OF WARRANTY, INDEMNITY, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY, MISREPRESENTATION, AND OTHER TORTS.

YOU AND LIMOLUXNY, EACH UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT THESE REMEDIES, EXCLUSIONS AND LIMITATIONS ALLOCATE THE RISKS OF SERVICE NON-CONFORMITY AS AUTHORIZED BY THE UNIFORM COMMERCIAL CODE AND/OR OTHER APPLICABLE LAWS. LIMOLUXNY’S FARES FOR SERVICES REFLECT, AND ARE SET IN RELIANCE UPON, THIS ALLOCATION OF RISK AND THE EXCLUSION OF CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY SET FORTH IN THIS AGREEMENT.

THE FOREGOING LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY APPLY WITHOUT REGARD TO ANY INTENTIONAL MISCONDUCT OR GROSS NEGLIGENCE BY LIMOLUXNY.

PET POLICY

Any animal over 25 lbs. must ride in a minivan or van, with the exception of service dogs.

All animals must be leashed or in a carrier when traveling in a LimoLuxNY affiliated vehicle.

We request that when traveling with a pet, you notify a reservationist in advance so that LimoLuxNY can accommodate you. If you fail to notify a reservationist that you are traveling with a pet, the driver reserves the right to refuse to transport the pet.

GENERAL PROVISIONS

You and LimoLuxNY, Inc. have agreed to these Service Terms within the State of New York, for all purposes.

All disputes arising out of, under, or in connection with these Service Terms (including without limitation, their validity, interpretation, performance, or breach) will be adjudicated exclusively in the federal or state courts located in (or having jurisdiction over) New York County, New York. These Service Terms and its validity and effect will be interpreted under, and governed by, the laws of New York, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. You expressly consent to the jurisdiction of such courts over you. You expressly waive any claim of forum non conveniens. You agree to reimburse LimoLuxNY. for its legal fees and expenses of instituting (or defending) a lawsuit by (or against) you.

These Service Terms (and any other operating rules or terms posted on the Site (including, without limitation, the Privacy Policy) constitute the entire agreement between LimoLuxNY, and you, and supersede all previous written or oral agreements between LimoLuxNY, and you. No action (or inaction) by LimoLuxNY. may be construed as a waiver of these Service Terms (or any part). If any of the provisions of these Service Terms are held to be unenforceable by a court having competent jurisdiction, the remainder of these Service Terms will continue in full force and effect.

Rewards Program

LimoLuxNY rewards program initiated by LimoLuxNY to thank consumers for choosing our friendly transportation instead of riding in traditional livery towncars and sedans.

The Rewards: For every penny you spend with LimoLuxNY, you will earn 3% back in LimoLuxNY Miles . This means you will earn 3% of the fare, and any additional services you may purchase, such as car seat rentals or Meet and Greets to be accumulated as LimoLuxNY Miles and used toward any future fare of your choice. There is no maximum miles that can be achieved. The loyalty rewards never expire and it's entirely up to the client how to use the LimoLuxNY Miles . Business travelers can save their loyalty rewards to earn a free trip for a family vacation, or clients can just take a $10 dollars off as they go along. Even fares that use LimoLuxNY Miles can earn LimoLuxNY Miles. Redemption is as easy as letting LimoLuxNY know to which fare you would like the LimoLuxNY Miles applied.

The Fine Print: LimoLuxNY Miles is a loyalty rewards program offered by LimoLuxNY as of May 1, 2015. Earn 3% in LimoLuxNY Miles of all monies spent with LimoLuxNY . LimoLuxNY Miles can be used against fare(s) of client's choice. LimoLuxNY Miles cannot be applied toward gratuity or additional services. If LimoLuxNY Miles exceed fare, there will be no cash back value; instead excessive LimoLuxNY Miles will be carried forward for a future fare of choice. LimoLuxNY Miles never expire. LimoLuxNY Miles have zero cash value. The LimoLuxNY Miles Loyalty Rewards Program can be changed or canceled at any time. In the event the program is terminated, existing LimoLuxNY Miles will still be honored as possible on an upcoming fare(s).
