For every single minute that you wait, you will be paid 1% of your current fare’s value. For example, if the driver is 10 minutes late (which wouldn't happen anyway), you will get an electronic voucher worth 10% of your current fare's value. You can use it towards your next ride or request cash back to your credit card. If your car is 30 minutes late, then your ride is completely FREE!. Excluding curb-side airport pick-ups.

They have to wait in the designated waiting areas, which are about 5-10 minutes away from most of the terminals.
